Brooks joins Binance US as chief executive officer in early May after serving as acting US Comptroller of the Currency from May 2020 to January 2021. Mr. Brooks announced his departure on Twitter, posting: “Letting you all know that I have resigned as CEO of Binance.US. Despite differences over strategic direction, I wish my former colleagues much success.”
